As a packaging technologist with Mondelez, my role had many demands. I worked with a diverse international team, which consisted of people from at least 8 different nationalities. I aided them with real-time packaging projects, such as productivity initiatives to help boost productivity in Indian factories. I also contributed by designing new packaging concepts and navigating through logistics challenges for certain projects.
